What is the difference between Pulse Basic, Pro, and Elite?
Each level of virtual coaching offers different features. Pulse Basic provides structure with self-guided workouts and general nutrition guidelines. Pulse Pro includes personalized fitness and individualized nutrition plans with bi-weekly check-ins. Pulse Elite (exclusive, premium package) offers everything above but includes a virtual, intensive holistic wellness coaching experience with tailored support, frequent check-ins, and exclusive resources.
Do I need a gym membership to start?
Not at all! You most certainly can train at home. When you complete your onboarding profile, just be sure to select where you intend to train and we will tailor your workouts according to your selection.
What kind of support can I expect if I have questions?
Clients in all programs can reach out via the app for messaging support. Pro and Elite clients enjoy regular check-ins, while Basic clients can use our messaging feature if they need guidance. We've got you!
